Good Tastes of Tuscany, a member of the IFWA.
The know-how of the traditional cuisine dealt

For those who want to have some gastronomic
experience amidst a holiday, and would like
to quickly learn the culinary art, there are
two types of single day classes being offered:

You can enjoy the cooking classes
singing with your favorite opera and drinking
your favorite wine. You can also take photographs

Introductory Cooking
Class
Cost - €140.00
Cooking enthusiasts can enjoy
a whole day (4 hours) of culinary adventure
learning all about the basics that go into the
making of traditional Tuscan recipes. Get hands-on cooking experience from our experienced Tuscan chefs who all speak english. The classes will help you uncover
the tactics involved in making a full Italian
meal from appetizers to desserts to the pasta
fresca. You can also learn to make pastas like
ravioli, gnocchi and tagliettli.
The pasta prepared by you will
be used by the expert chefs to make tempting
sauces like fresh basil pesto, ragout of wild
mushrooms with sweet onions, carbonara and various
other sauces. Recipes vary according to the
season and availability of ingredients. Only
fresh ingredients will be used in the cooking
classes.
Optional – Market visit
with the chefs at € 45 per person and with
at least two people.
Schedule
09.30 Our driver will meet
you in Florence and take you to Villa
Pandolfini for the class.
10.00 Introduction to Italian cooking, presenting
the day’s menu and the class continues.
13.00 Relish your preparations along with some
fine wines.
14.00 The class ends and back to Florence with
a lot of lovable memories!
Advanced Cooking Class
Cost - € 190.00
If you really want to have
an immersive experience in Tuscan cuisine, then
the advanced Cooking Course is just the right
for the Gourmet within you. Expand your collection
of recipes; learn to make some innovative and
traditional delicacies of Tuscany. The chefs
demonstrate and teach how to make appetizers,
pastas and several meat dishes. The class also
deals exclusively with essential culinary techniques
like roasting, sautéing, grilling and
making the stock the Italian way.
Optional – Market visit
with the chef at € 45 per person with at
least two people.

by cooking lessons.

While Booking
Do not forget to mention your
requirement of a pick and drop service to the
Cooking Class while booking. We will be happy
to arrange a driver on your request. The cost
is € 10 per person and should be paid at
the venue of the Cooking Class.

If you are driving to Florence
get directions to the location. It is only 13
km from central Florence. The drive will take
about 25 minutes.
