The super wine tasting course is also conducted in the sprawling and marvelous estate of Villa Pandolfini. The historical archives and the large wine cellars also add up to give you an exciting course. Dr Stefano Tofanelli, specialised in Enology, Dott. will conduct the course and enlighten you upon the various aspects of wine and wine making.
The participants will receive a wine tasting kit and can also listen to the briefing on the various kinds of wine grapes, and how the climate and soil affect the quality of wines. Take a walk to the cellar where the wine is stored and listen to a summary of the history of wines and how it was manufactured, and made use of.
Serving the wine is itself an art. Learn about the interesting mechanics of wine serving that includes details on the wine glasses, bottles, corkscrews, cork, and various other trivia.
Tasting the Wine
